Move through OCD in a kind and loving way. Join Our Online Community.
Dr. Marisa Mazza leads live support group meetings most Wednesdays, loosely based on Jonathan Grayson's Goal Group. We discuss exposure therapy and how to infuse mindfulness, acceptance, and self-compassion into daily life.
Through structured journaling and optional sharing, our participants learn to identify their strengths and fears and to create a plan to embrace uncertainty and discomfort in service of their values. Members are also guided through experiential exercises that foster hope and self-compassion. This group is not therapy or a replacement for therapy. Dr. Mazza would be your group leader, but not your therapist.
Need some connection or encouragement in between groups? Not a problem. Community access will include the ability to connect with peers between meetings.
Anyone 18 or older who struggles with perfectionism, unwanted thoughts, or compulsions is welcome to join our community.
