Mindful Mamas: Self-Compassion & Values in Chaos

Re-connecting with the Authentic you.

This support group is designed for moms ready to shed the weight of perfectionism and overwhelm, and instead cultivate self-compassion while actively living in alignment with their deepest values. Drawing on the transformative principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we'll explore how to navigate the inevitable challenges of motherhood with greater presence, kindness, and purpose.

What you'll gain:

Release the Grip of Perfectionism: Learn to identify and challenge your inner critic, moving beyond the constant pressure to "do it all" and "be it all."

Cultivate Radical Self-Kindness: Develop practical self-compassion skills to soothe yourself during difficult moments, manage mom guilt, and extend the same grace you give your children to yourself.

Clarify Your Core Values: Discover what truly matters to you as a person and a mother, creating a compass for decision-making and daily actions.

Live with Purpose (Even in Chaos): Understand how to commit to actions aligned with your values, even when anxiety, exhaustion, or external pressures try to pull you off course.

Mindfulness & Acceptance: Practice techniques to be more present in your life, accepting complex thoughts and emotions without letting them control you.

Connect with Shared Humanity: Realize you're not alone in your struggles, fostering a supportive community with other moms on a similar journey.

Our group practices, including mindfulness, experiential exercises, guided journaling, and group sharing, draw from powerful therapeutic approaches like Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). While we utilize these evidence-based tools for personal growth and well-being, this group is not therapy.

This group is perfect for any mom who feels burned out, stuck in a cycle of self-criticism, or longs to live a more meaningful and authentic life amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
