You may revoke our authorization to pull funds at any time by contacting us at info@choicetherapy.net. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please provide written notice to info@choicetherapy.net at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. Please note that revocation may require an alternative payment method to continue services.
