Move Through OCD with Kindness and Love: Join Our Online Community

This is a facilitator-led psychoeducational and peer-support space dedicated to sharing lived experiences and evidence-based OCD management strategies. While led by Marisa T. Mazza, PsyD, a licensed psychologist, this group focuses on collective skill-building and education. It is designed as a community resource rather than a clinical service; as such, it does not provide formal diagnoses, individualized treatment planning, or a doctor-patient relationship.

What to Expect

During our live meetings, we review evidence-based concepts and discuss the practical integration of mindfulness, acceptance, and self-compassion into a personal wellness routine. Through structured journaling and optional sharing, members learn to identify their core strengths and fears, creating a personal roadmap to embrace uncertainty in service of their values.

Members are also guided through experiential exercises designed to foster hope and self-compassion in a supportive environment.

Connection Beyond the Meetings

Need encouragement between sessions? Our community platform allows you to connect with peers and share support whenever you need it most.

Is This Right for Me?

Anyone 18 or older who navigates perfectionism, unwanted thoughts, or compulsions is welcome to join.

Important Note on Scope: This group is educational in nature and is not therapy, a replacement for therapy, or a substitute for medical crisis intervention. While Dr. Mazza facilitates these sessions, she acts as your group leader and educator, not your personal therapist.
